This book did absolutely nothing for me. Not only does it lack substance (it is a fragmented list of tips we’ve all heard before, with no overarching narrative- hey there are even repeats), there are typographical errors on just about every other page. Furthermore, some of these tips are plagiarized from the website ehow.com (see pages 64-65). Don’t waste your money (over $19 dollars of it) on this thin book, which considers the advice “you must smell like a flower” as a life lesson. I expect you could learn much more from any other book written on the subject, because I assume that most of them actually took more than a day to complete, and also hired an editor over the age of 12.
Also, don’t trust the reviews on amazon, rather, check page two of the discussion board and look for the more critical threads. I myself tried posting a negative review only to have it hidden, and I have seen five reviews under four stars suffer the same fate (some being deleted after a week, some after several months). This is because Amazon allows the publisher the right to remove anything they want from their product pages. So again, I advise you not to waste your money.
