DateExperience.com Lets You Rate Your Dates
DateExperience.com has launched a new web site that helps the online dating community collaborate and rate their dates. The site also features sections for dating tips and advice.
Visitors to the site will find categories such as Psychos, Stalkers, Good Dates and Dates Gone Bad where users post their own stories.
“We want to build a community of singles and enable them to get together and collaborate about their dating experiences,” said Mitch Bartlett, co-founder and owner of DateExperience.com. “You can learn what to do and what not to do on a date based on other peoples’ experience.”
The site was built with Joomla open source content management software. More features are planned as the site grows such as a community section and tips on sex life.
“We hope to connect with the users of MySpace, Match.com, and eharmony.com
and bring them into a world where they can tell their stories,” Bartlett added. “Everybody has a story.”
Gayla: The only thing I find difficult about this is just how and when would a person know that the psycho isn’t the one posting the “bad date” information?
Anyone out there believe a site like this could make a real, honest to God go at encouraging the online single population to be more “honest?”
