Age Is Not A Number, Except For The Fact That It Is
How many times have you browsed personal ads to find people making up excuses such as:
I look 10 years younger
And then don’t post a proof-positive photo to back it up?
Do you respond to such profiles or are these folks just wasting their time and money?
I’d like to think I look 10 years younger and 20 lbs lighter than what I am too! But just because I wish it, doesn’t make it true!
When you make the decision to date online, you’re jumping into a pool of singles who are looking to cut-to-the-chase and get right to the dating part. For the majority of online daters, there HAS to be a physical attraction. Granted there are some that don’t have quite the ‘deal breakers’ that others have, but let’s face it, you’re putting yourself up for audition for the part of partner to someone.
How many of you can honestly say that you won’t post a photo but you only browse those ads who do have photos?
Kinda hypocritical don’t you think?
